creeping wild thyme (red), chamomile, chickweed, chicory, stinging nettle.
grow wild herbs, in other words. maintaining is low~key, and it's good for bees and butterfly's.
and you can do some cool bee/butterfly watering stations.
i can honestly say in vermont that i didn't notice a cage full of stank ass crickets.
mealworms...yes
minnows....yes
nightcrawlers...check
but not some stank ass funky bung hole crickets.
around these parts...they sell crickets for bait.
they are horrifying to look at all bunched in together.
and OMG they smell HORRIBLE!
