alright, so, in conclusion. prepare before you do this. at least 3 days prior. consume at least 64 oz/day water. salads with a flax seed sprinkle, perhaps. this will move the sludge outward, just make sure it has a way out. ; ]

you say you're going through the v.a.? what wasyour time line? how many dr's did you have to see? did they tell you you had to give up certain things (i.e. smoking?) for a year, did they tell you had had to drop a a couple pounds? did they tell you, that once you gave up smoking, that you had to wait another 6 months? ***i would ask if they just simply just flat out finally deny you, by telling you that it wouldn't matter, and let this run it's course, over the next 1.5 years...but you made this post.

the first time i played ff8, i did not.* the 2nd time, i named them some stupid names.i had accidently deleted all the saved info, *[i was at the end of disc3, inserting disc 4,] so, all the nameable humanoids became 'assclown', 'dumbass', hyperfuck, etc. and the guardians became 'fire dude', ice chick, danny and arnold, etc.

i'm glad you were able to get hormone therapy. i was not so lucky.

i laugh in your general direction. i would LOVE to sleep in, but rufus, cullen, kakami, ryuk, and smokeh say otherwise. i know this is my own doing. and...perhaps, one day, i'll break the cycle.
