According to a guy I know who trains with a ufc fighter you really only need one dumbell. He said you really don't need anything over 35 pounds either. He's a vet that was stationed the same place I was though, and probably still does a lot of the crossfit wads along with whatever he does with his brother or cousin or whatever.
