Me to.. according to alot of medical texts AST/or whatever the fuck those two enzymes are can't really measure liver function or determine problems even though they are called liver function tests..idk, but I've been slacking on diet and excercise in general myself. I don't get much out of drinking these days anyway so I might as well not do it..

I was told I need to 'loose wieght and avoid alcohol to help improve liver function tests' The only thing high on the tests were AST, and ALT, but damn looking at it they are pretty damn high. AST 60 Iu/L, nomral range 10-42 ALT 151 IU/L, normal range 10-60

My liver is not very good for my age so I'm told. I'm not gonna drink for a while.
