I've met a lot of Dj's from simular backgrounds as you as well. From what I can hear of the mix.. you made I guess? It reverberates well in the venue.

Never buy a laptop from a friggin pawnshop.. Toshiba is a reputable brand.. Always LOADED with bloatware, but I wouldn't expect one to work worth a F coming from a pawn shop idk. You're probably going to need it tethered to the wall unless you replace the battery on any laptop from a pawn shop for starters. My power supply on my laptop stopped working well before it had battery issues though. I almost ranted about that..
