  1. Don't ever admit to not being a nerd around them. It could get messy. I don't think there's a single episode that doesn't have some nerd reference in there, even if subtly. I for one am wondering if Hank as The Bat makes a reappearance at some point since he is in a big city now and there's costumed heroes running all over the place already.
  2. Your bullshit doesn't belong in this folder, bitchtitsgundam. Take a hike or get pitched.
  3. The house they were looking at is a reference to Dr. Strange's house from the Marvel universe. Hence the 'It even has one of those Dr. Strange windows' comment to really bring it in. If there was anything in all of New York that would be the place for the Order of the Triad to move to [and out of the flea-bag motel they were currently in] , it would be something like that.
  4. I could never be scrapyard. She could shorthand the entire works of Shakespeare into a single twit.
  5. Every pic of the bitchcakes kitty is the same - her trying desperately to eat some part of me for daring to capture her striped ass on film.
  6. It's a strap-based thing where there is coverage but the cleavage itself is sort of open in a 'boob window' kind of way so if you wear something that is low cut, there's exposed cleavage as opposed to exposed boobenwrap. Basically, tit slingshots.
  7. My little sister miscarried something like 5-6 times. I now have a niecelette via her that's getting close to 10 years old. If you want a kid, it can happen regardless of current difficulties.
  8. This is a 3-parter that starts season 7. Normally Doc and Jackson don't do multiparters except as seasonal finales [those tend to be pretty thick with stuff that make it go beyond a single episode] . Season 7 and 8 were worked on back-to-back so I'm guessing the doodle book timelines are all sorts of weird. The Morpho Trilogy is trying to clear up some things and open up other things.
  9. I actually could see PBS airing anime late at night. They aired unedited Monty Python back in the day alongside Doctor Who, Blake's 7, Space Cops [Space Cops kinda sucked... ] , and Red Dwarf along with the occasional sci-fi soap opera stuff [anyone remember 'Tripod' ? ] . In a time before cable and finding personal niche entertainments online, PBS was the place to go to get your nerd on. PBS is probably more responsible for the popularity of some series than anything else since they were often the first to expose people to certain shows and now those people are exposing their kids and grandkids to the same shows. And I was wondering which one was getting the marathon this year. I'm glad it's one that I haven't missed any episodes of since I have no clue when I'll get back to the hotel. I do look forward to catching it at whatever point it's at though.
  10. I'm the eldest and the most horrifying black sheep of the entire clan. They can't throw things away from me because I know where they live. And their kids will tattle on them. [plus, swamp cul-de-sac / trailer park living means being outside a lot and any actual candy will get rationed after the first jumbo mouth-full to make sure it lasts]
  11. I live far enough away that I get to mail each monkey their own present so each one gets both their own 'grown-up' mail in their own name and it's full of something fun. I can torture from a safe distance. AUNTIE STRANGE STRIKES AGAIN! BWAHAHAHA!!11!
  12. This. I'm considering getting all my niecelettes and nephew those desktop drum kits this year along with 3 pounds of taffy. Each.
  13. Yep. Best gummies ever if you really really hate someone's guts [or your own for that matter ] .
  14. I was just thinking about the rare crapmas gift growing up that required batteries but strangely enough there were never any batteries anywhere. It's the bane of every kid getting a gift ever. Never had the super diarrhea gummies though. Have laughed myself sick reading the hilarious Amazon reviews about them though.
  15. Did you include batteries? Or will the disappointment be everywhere? Honestly, my real guess is a big bag of those sugar-free gummies that cause super diarrhea. Because no one suspects the gummi.
  16. I'm thinking that if I power chug all that, I might need a plumber though.
  17. So...coffee flavored cotton candy or Fleeb Juice? Or just pour the Fleeb Juice directly on the cotton candy and chug the bucket?
  18. Yes, bunnies can be harness trained. Not collar because it pulls them wrong. I had a secret dorm bunny the second half of freshman year that also lived with me at the frat for a bit before going to the bunny hatch for the rest of his fat happy life. He wore a harness while living with me, was free-range while indoors and used a litter box. On the rest of topic, hot humid yucky day. Bike tire blew up so I have to walk everywhere now until I can get it to the good bike shop on Saturday - about an hour+ walking and pushing a flatty bike in what is supposed to be 90+ heat. Humidity is slowing down the latex work so I'm really behind at this point and will have to look at potentially working late at night to actually get things to set properly and quickly. And I was messing around with the luggage which makes the kitten feel nervous [which is why I have to start messing with the luggage a month in advance of doing anything...autistic little fuzzbag] so she decided to poop on the carpet this morning in protest. -.-; On the plus side, I'm going to the dang used bookstore on Saturday since I'm going to be in the area getting my bike repaired anyway. ALL UR BOOKS R BELONGING TO ME!
  19. Interesting idea. I'm a fan of both and I watch both [obviously] but I might not be the typical fan per se either. That said, my comment would be about the contract [ as ] has for JoJo. They might only have a straight contract for a singular run [Saturdays] with option for select additional run [holiday marathons] . Anime contracts tend to have different attachments than something like the Fox comedy reheats which are sold often as bulk year runs with unlimited airing possibilities. Anime can often be sold merely by season or runs allowable and it can be fairly competitive. So if they only have a particular JoJo at a given time, they might only be able to air it for a set number of times and then get first dibs on the next dub in line.
