"Marty Small had been arrested for manufacturing and distribution of cocaine and heroine in a school zone. He had been arrested for arson. He had even been indicted for perjury." True or not, every voter here should look at how many times Small had been brought up on voter fraud charges involving illegally altered absentee ballots. Question still up: Are any of the other candidates any cleaner?
