These days with the advent of simuldubs, actors not only need to get it right on the fewest takes possible, but they have to do it IN A WEEK, or even weeks before the episode is released in Japan, instead of a few months like they used to. I am honestly surprised they're all able to get the quality this level already. Ex. Chris Niosi took EIGHT HOURS to record the FIRST episode of Mob Psycho 100 as Reigen just because of the sheer amount of lines he has (though Chris isn't as experienced with the craft as most others).

Yea-- not as strong, they're all just students who need practice-- AAND THERE ARE ONLY 6 FEMALES STUDENTS in a class of 20. That would also put a damper on your confidence.

Just by the nature of the language, Japanese seiyus have to scream a LOT, and in a fast manner. That is much more difficult for English actors who are used to a more slower language.

Of course the ONE TIME a protagonist is genre savvy enough to recognize Stand shenanigans when they have enough time to escape or fight back, it turns out to be yet another twist! ... is anyone kind of irked that period-piece, epic battles are now inserted into sitcom situations? Just wondering.

... since when were Akane and Rikka this chummy?? One minute into Episode 4 and they're acting like they were childhood friends. We knew Akane is a student at the school undercover but we never seen them share any scene together before this, except for the ED, which spoiled what type of role Akane has!

The twist ending here WAS GOLD. So many episodes of the stand users being antagonists all the time, and here we have one that is actually a good guy, and Josuke is paying for his prejudices!
