I just had a thought. What if they plan ahead like 11 weeks in advance to make sure enough episodes of a show are ready for a holiday marathon?? That would mean any odd one-week schedule change around September would make total sense!
The last two episodes of Fire Force will be uploaded to Funimation at the same time, to make up for when one of the early episodes had to be delayed a week. I don't see this affecting Toonami's broadcast, even though this first season has not had the best of luck with scheduling.
You know, CGI anime animates in that framerate sometimes. So does Academy Award-winning Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. A framerate alone does not bad animation make.
They're copying the framerate of traditional animation. This comes from the creators of traditionally-animated series', so it was probably a demand from the higher-ups.
.... how come Legosi and Haru are the only characters we see struggle to control their animal instincts? Are the other characters just normal and these two have a disorder?
