I for one only saw the first episode. So say what you all want about Toonami "digging their grave" with stuff they aired before, because there are STILL people who are looking forward to seeing a great anime for the first time!

Probably the reason why they're not putting it at the front of the block there. "Old series = end of the block." I too await their actual NEW pick-up. We have the second season of two good shows coming up, but again, those are THE SAME SHOWS. We only have a short weekly block of timeslots to fill them up with. Progress is always very slow in catching up with trends.

It'll air at 2:30 AM in the summer on a cable station! Now get ready for ....... 200,000 ratings.

Toonami fans frequenting a board when they hate most of their shows is normal. What I find annoying are Toonami fans who are loud about how horrible the shows are to the point where that is 100% what all their posts consist of.

I need to watch Dragonball.

What Toonami did right was air more complete ending credits. Sci-Fi just sped them up and squished them at the left side of the screen while they cut off the audio to play their commercials. Plus they had REALLY weird times to cut to THREE commercial breaks in the middle of each episode.

Correction: "Our best and hottest show that we premiere at 8 PM BEFORE the block because WHO CARES about us, right?!?!!?!?!?" I seen that Family Guy cycled back to Ep 1. This has been how they broadcasted the reruns for years, and every time that happens, I immediately change the channel. Godddamn... I was in SCHOOL when Family Guy's second season hit! I don't need to see Peter slacked on the kitchen table drunk for the umpteenth time! Now that ratings are lower overall, I'm finding it harder to judge what exactly an "on" night for Toonami is anymore! The ratings' patterns are changing so quickly now.

People always put Gurren Lagaan on a pedestal as one of the greatest anime of all time, especially with it being its 10th anniversary, but no one talks about how Ani-Mondays was where it first aired in the US!

That just sounds like a coincidence. What I find ironic is that the ratings One Piece got were part of their decision to drop it, and then the REST of the block continues to get those type of ratings INSTEAD!

Steven Universe is one, as well as the PPG reboot aside from all its questionable stuff. And.... ..... ..... ..... Also, their other shows are NOT all bad. Clarance is actually watchable. We Bare Bears is charming and at times touching. I laugh at Mighty Magiswords.
