I can't knock the farms from screenshots, and cult groups alone, and wont since I havent checked it out for myself. I imagine it can't be to far off from 4chan or any of the other..chans there though, and having chris chans cult of haters/knights congregating there really doesn't help the big picture in my mind, but hey I get that's just one little episode in the great timeline just like the chans... Reddit the chan sites etc. have actually helped the world a few times. Together the users have identified and provided law enforcement with the necessary info to catch some pretty dangerous criminals, but at the same time keyboard spirit detectives have fucked shit up, and got things completely and horribly wrong trying to apply their detective skills without the proper authority and investigative tactics.. It's like the deep web issue is it good is it bad? Only I think the good of the deep web can outway the bad in more cases than a lot of the sites mentioned. I'll leave assessing Kiwifarms to peeps like you though who seem to have given it at least a deep dive or two. 🙏

Not familiar with the site/service other than I think @mthor mentioned a bunch of the people that followed Chris Chan and chronicled his bullshit came from there. At least they said that's where they got a lot of their initial info if I remember correctly..If that makes me seem any more out of touch with pc culture hey whatevs.. At the risk of sounding 'normie' AF this place historically has been as close as I want to be to internet degeneracy...save for reddit, but thanks to the nature of today's world having all the screenshots, and vids from docu-tubers I've always felt I've had enough info on memes, lolcows etc. to keep me on the sidelines of places like 4chan etc. All I can add I guess.

This one guy I know of from working in retail with I think the ideals you speak of here are what make him lean to this far far right side that includes a lot of the hispanic demographic where I live..I havent physically spoken to him since we worked together at a convenience store half a decade ago, but ever since the Republic of Trump camp started he's been feverishly replying to my Tex dem support posts in the classic Trumper fashion.. I've got him to spill the beans several times about what lead him to those ideals. He's a proud owner of a dumbass ar-15 (not to mention an ak-47 that I havent seen hesupposedly owns, but I never saw in person.. So his family came from Mexico, and most served in the U.S. military when they first came across to the states...Ironically he's one of the only one's that hasnt signed up for some form of military service, and as I remmber this I also remember the time I went to his house on an invitation, and there's all these photos on the wall of the men that served. *sigh* I just want to be done with this whole online war on each other over petty shit like you might not be able to own this model of gun if this guy gets in office, the AR-15 is NOT the fucking holy grail of weapons just because it's modeled after the military issued weapons.. I'm way past the point of anger with that shit especially as a veteran. banning the ar-15 alone (or just thinking you can ban certain weapons at all) isnt going to curb gun violence especially in my state either. People EVERYWHERE really need to come together for firearms reform laws...

It's not I meant for it to go in GD, but whatever... I have a sinus infection and I've been up in working since 8am.. Got done with my last job, and then I had to go help a coworker with a blownout tire stuck on the side of a highway in the middle of nowhere.....Didn't have a tire iron...didn't have a jack... Well that and some pizza and marinara sauce.. Definitely doesn't beat the $110 I got in tips last week, but I'll take it. One of the only upsides to doing this shit is that a good deal of the customers are extremely appreciative/ empathetic towards technicians, and when they see you go the full mile to make sure their lines are in shape they're pretty greatfull.. Well there's a lot of techs here that half ass things or flat out lie to the customers as well..

Fucking drought this year has been terrible. This area does a lot of dairy and beef as well, and it's always been like a corporate survivor spin off for the giants when we have a long drought it's like every other year here sometimes.. This one has sucked bad though.. I had my front yard green after like non stop soaking my entire property at lest once or twice daily, but I stopped for like three days, and I'm back to dusty dead shit. That's why most big real estate around here just does the whole tarp with a bunch of rocks and a cactus or two planted somewhere when they remodel.. If I didn't have animals that appreciate a normal lawn I'd probably do that shit myself..

Either the other tv/internet providers jacked the shit up in the attic crawl space so it would only work for their system or yeah... Some shit like that... Had to cut an splice wiring in a fucking attic crawl space in a fucking bathrooom closet I could barely get a ladder in... I need to be paid fucking hourly if I'm going to do shit like that, I don't like leaving customers hanging, but fuck my boss if I'm working for free just because idiots around here don't understand if you cut the cable wiring or let five diff companies go ham on the shit it's probably going to need a total rerun.. /rant my bad I need another beer...
