We were out Christmas shopping so I didn’t see a second of the Falcons game. Sometimes God protects us in tangible ways.

I use Spotify almost exclusively for podcast, but it doesn’t seem like it registers that on these things, so it’s always really embarrassing. Like “you listened to this artist the most this year“ and I’ve listened to them two times.

I’m barely seeing my family because I’m working close to literally half the hours in a week so it’s great.

Just to respond to the first query, I can see from a cultural standpoint the marriage of believing in karma and Christianity. Simply, it’s the martyrdom. There’s an inherent denial of earthly pleasures that is worn like a Medal of Honor, and a belief in that while denying things on Earth, they will be rewarded forever in Heaven. I have this peculiar predilection: I love to pair a cold day with media that involves the cold. For example, on a really cold day, I will want to watch The Hateful Eight, or play Death Stranding. I ONLY do this with the cold. Any of y’all do something like this? I know we all have our media we like in certain seasons, but do you have any temperature-based go-to?

I bought it, will play after the holidays.
