Watching this intervention show while on a call and I was thinking what rock bottom looks like to people. I'd imagine it could be completely different from person to person. I mean, I've wanted to die from substances before and ive been hung over for a week or gone through withdrawals from shit, but not sure what it would look like to me. I don't have a lot of IRL friends, by choice... and not very close to family so I would never know it by becoming more distant. Then again, I guess you wouldn't know it until you are there, right? Best guess, rock bottom to you?
