I do too! I have the more depressant kind that makes it hard to focus but less fidgeting. Caffine is golden to me and I have a low dose adderall. Reading is the hardest to me. I am way more goal oriented than I used to be and make sure I constantly tell myself that it is extremely important that I get it done. I haven't played video games in like 6 months now and keep it away as a distraction. I also recently deleted all phone video game apps. I will reread sentences out loud all the time to make sure I'm understanding what I am reading, sometimes even in class. I tell my classmates why and they understand. I focus on taking as many notes as I can and then highlight parts of the notes as well. I'm also that embarrassing old student that asks questions a lot in class to make sure I'm understanding it, but I tell myself passing school is the most important thing, not how I appear to others.
