Ah haha so it is like an enema for your nose. Neti Pots are hard enough for me to do and if something was blasting the water up there I probably would not be able to handle it! The best thing I have used is pseudoephedrine. I take it and then an hour later my sinuses are so loose that I can just blow my nose and clear it out easily. But everyone is different I guess haha
