The problem is that companies think they can get away with selling just a license and not the actual videos, if people don't even bother to buy the licenses then it's their fault for being anti-consumer.

Due to the content licensing agreement between WB-Discovery and Sony, all WBD videos are being forcibly removed from PlayStation consoles without their end users' consent. WBD has just opened the floodgates for not only a potential class action lawsuit, but also a huge potential surge in piracy.

He isn't exactly in charge of it. He's on the board. There's a separate CEO from Jack. Bluesky is a single instance server that's basically supposed to show off the protocol the devs created. It's going to be used to create a Mastodon competitor down the line. Ive been on there since April and it has some of the pitfalls of Twitter but it's still smaller at 2 million users so I find it a lot more mellow. I've invited a few other ASMB OGs on and they seem to like it okay. I would say it's like pre-Musk Twitter at the very least though there are some very online folks who you probably want to block if they get into your radar. The investors want the commercial initiatives to get a return on investment so they dissolve the board and bring Altman back as OpenAI CEO. Pretty fucked all and all.
