oh no, to be fair there was a hilarious story about why the first few eps of Lost universe were like that, a fire destroyed the master tapes of the show so they had to hire a company to restore the lost footage.......and the company was NOT very good at working under pressure

neither did Cowboy Bebop but it's success HERE made it a cherished franchise

I mean MHA and Mob Psycho are pretty excellent though if they plan on relying on Crunchy for any OTHER decent pick-ups I don't think they'll have much luck since Crunchy is like netflix in that they have a huge selection but most of it is awful with only a rare few precious gems trapped beneath the filth

they refuse to show movies ever again so sadly yes, Marathonning the worst eps of a show we're all somewhat "meh" about is their game plan

well Pink Diamond sort of looks anime-ish but I think she more closely resembles a Disney princess everybody else looks like they escaped from Dexter's laboratory

considering his last name is Spiegel I assume Spike is supposed to be Jewish not Japanese (or at the very least mixed) (Faye on the other hand IS supposed to be racially asian) as for Ed I think her race is supposed to be impossible to determine specifically for the purpose of making her even weirder her real name is " Françoise Appledelhi " and Appledelhi doesn't even seem to be a real name, but Françoise is french, it's the french version of the name Frances

funny tidbit about Ribrianne (the character voiced by Ash Ketcum's voice actress) her design was a collab between Toriyama and his (questionable) protigee Toyotaro.....and by Collab I mean they designed two completely unrelated characters with no input between them and made the designs be the before and after of her transformation the fat Ribrianne was Toriyama's design and the pretty Ribrianne was Toyotaro's
