So I just watched episodes 10 and 11, and from when they arrived at the theater, I started crying. But when that reveal happened, that fucked me up hard. They'd been together for so long, it was just so perfect. I'm still crying thinking about it, and I don't know if I will ever forget it. I don't know how they could possibly screw it up on the last episode to make it less than the best show of the season, but I really hope that doesn't happen. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go cry myself to sleep, because I'm not getting anything else done tonight.

This looks cute. Also, those two Masaaki Yuasa movies make me really sad that it takes forever for the US to get any movies.

I am enjoying it quite a bit. Played about 6 and a half hours today, until the game crashed on me, and haven't even gotten any different costumes that show off 2B's features.

Hm, the facial animation still looks a bit stiff.

NieR finally came out today, and I've been enjoying it. The visuals and music are beautiful, and the game play is a lot of fun once you get used to combat. Moving around in the desert area is especially cool.

But you can still use Crunchyroll for free, so that's kind of a weak excuse.

Berserk and the Band of the Hawk What do you mean it's a video game? But it's got cutscenes from The Golden Age movies.

I'm looking forward to Near A Tomato, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to play it.

I did, and it's not true. About half the revenue that CR gets goes back to the Japanese production committee, which may or may not include the animation studio (they usually just do work-for-hire), and this was covered in the Answerman article I linked. Localization companies also pay a minimum guarantee, but that's not the only money that goes back to the Japanese companies for home video: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/answerman/2016-06-15/.103224. In both cases, money for shows that are supported in the US do go back to the Japanese companies/original creators, based on how they're supported in the West. And that money is not an insignificant amount, even compared to the sales within Japan. CAC[/member] I think the combo pack on VRV.co is a better deal. But if you're going to pirate, at least get downloads, don't use pirate streaming sites.

That's not really accurate, it adds up to a lot.
