They xray them in Japan to try to produce seedless watermelon. I think they also measure sugar content that way, but don't hold me to it. Honestly I just wanted to see if Viper would try to hax up an X-ray machine from a YT vid to try and get a l33t watermelon.

You have to X-ray it to determine optimal sugar content before harvesting.
