  1. Something that never was and will never be?
  2. Wait, To Kill A Mockingbird had rape in it? Somehow I don't remember...

  8. Well, Hellsing Ultimate aired that episode at 2 AM, and Deadman Wonderland aired at 12:30. Attack on Titan aired at 11:30. I think the magic number might be 11. The shonens that will be airing at 11 and 11:30 in the new schedule, DBS and MHA, are still SOMEWHAT kid-friendly--well at least as much as Family Guy, so there might be a "midnight barrier" for content like SAO will be presenting tomorrow night.
  9. Reading between the lines, I wonder if this somehow alerted Jason & co. to the existence of Part 5, they quickly acquired it, and adjusted JoJo accordingly. Maybe they really DID think it was a lame-duck show like Hunter x Hunter? Which by the way, this Election Arc just seems like a really REALLY stupid way to finish the series. The Chimera Ant ending may have been pretentious and overnarrated, but it was at least interesting. Making HxH the last premiere of the night just seems academic at this point.
  10. YES!! They finally got my on-screen guide right!! GAME ON!!
  11. Judging from ratings retention, this is quite sound. Though Black Clover should probably be at 1 AM ahead of JoJo. Show gets damn near 100% retention almost every time. But MHA S3 closed the gap between it and Boruto, so it certainly deserves the limelight, while Boruto is banished to the abyss!
  12. Well, that proves my point. It was written BEFORE the #MeToo movement really gained traction; I was just mistaken about HOW FAR before it was written. But I'm sure since late fall '17 Reki has been behaving himself, which means no more half-baked Sexual Assault Online arcs... [we can only hope...]
  13. Fuck the dude that's giving us this block in the first place?? Ohhh...kay... I mean, it may not be perfect, but if you'd rather watch Alien News Desk instead of Dragon Ball Super at 11 PM on Saturday nights and then go to bed alrighty then...
  14. Yeah, this was probably penned by Reki just before the era of #MeToo in late fall '17, but hopefully this anime adaptation is its last gasp. In the era of MeToo, Reki better keep it clean!!
  15. Well, at least we have Rohan on JoJo: DiU to comfort us when it's all over...
  16. The "HOLY SH!T" factor of last week's episode of Black Clover really got viewers talking about it! http://toonamifaithful.com/toonami-trending-rundown-for-march-30-31-2019/ Yeah, this graphic got the dates wrong, but the results, though sparse, are solid! That's 3 in a row for Black Clover, and 4 in a row for Hunter x Hunter. Plus Kirito had a character trend, and there were also a few assists: United States Trends: Toonami/#Toonami [#4] #DragonBallSuper [Trending with #BlackClover and #HunterXHunter] #SwordArtOnline [Trending with #Toonami and #BlackClover] #SwordArtOnlineAlicization [Trending with #Toonami] Kirito (From Sword Art Online) [#17] #BlackClover [#6] #HunterXHunter [#4] #Shippuden [Trending with #Toonami and #HunterXHunter]
  17. Well, what do you know. Between all the crap that went horribly wrong this week (bye bye AAF), SOMETHING is going right. I just hope DirecTV fixes their damn guide in the next 3 days! The "rapey" episode of SAO-A is currently classified as "Megalo Box!"
  18. It has now been confirmed by DeMarco that Episodes 9 and 10 will premiere back-to-back starting at 12:30 this Saturday night. Of course, it's not like many will actually be watching because TVs in every bar will be frozen on Final Four highlights all night...
  19. Don't think that's what he meant. DiU will likely finish, but our chances of getting Golden Wind just dropped tremendously. Also, not counting Beware the Buttman, I believe this will actually be the first time they've dared to air a DUB PREMIERE at 3 AM!
  20. Hmmm, now that's interesting. Retention-wise, that show would have been a dynamo!
