    I think Gurren Lagann and Gundam IBO had equally good first episodes that really draw you in. Not every show does. Black Clover was kind of a sleeper, as was the first episode of JoJo.

    What an unbelievable twist! They're the OUTCASTS, like the REMEDIAL ones, and yet they're the chosen ones to eliminate this threat to existence? The premise is so far-fetched it's utterly bizarre!
