Fire Force winning the night on Toonami in 18-49 CONFIRMED, plus it beat Danger Force on Nick, officially making it the best "Force" on Saturday night!!

After 3 weeks, the final season of AOT still hasn't done it. And, while AOT did best the 1 AM hour in total viewers, its performance in key demos just seemed inferior. Of course, UFC was the big story last weekend, but maybe this weekend is the weekend Toonami finally catches something resembling a break?

Episode 9 - Sword Art Online: Alicization War of Underworld Part 2 - Anime News Network 4 stars. Somehow I didn't notice Vassago had gotten back up somehow from the bed. I guess we'll be hearing his cool jazzy theme on Toonami one more time!

Darn it, I'm such a MORON for forgetting to post the title card for Episode 12, but I crashed during Shippuden, as usual. I doubt that would have happened if I hadn't gotten up at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning though. I didn't record the episode last night, but I have LAST year's recording on my DVR still. It contained a commercial for FishCenterLive and one of its live music appearances and I almost did a double take. But January 21st already passed (and this year it was a Thursday). This is a really freaking good episode, and is loaded with Inosuke's dual-weilding, Zenitsu's moment of awesome, and Tanjiro's battle vs. the drum demon!

Gonna have to watch this one later--I can't seem to hodl my eyes open!

This show IS animated by David Production, the same studio which animates JoJo. Perhaps that was a little Easter egg for fans of the Anime which wasn't in the manga?
