Usually their information isn't incomplete, nor ANN's. The Mashle wiki is pretty barren and doesn't say. I don't know if there's another independent wiki with more info, but the Fandom page has nothing, except remarking that the sister shirt didn't come to life in the manga. 😄 https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=28834 But I found out that Cam Clarke plays Minister Bless, the bald guy that was in the last 2 episodes and got possessed. Oh cool, so we don't know for sure if did this role but it turns out he was playing that minister already in the show, neat! Yeah, if he was already doing a voice in the show and was already recording for these eps in that other role it certainly seems possible maybe, since it's such a small one-off part, he could have filled in this one too, if it wasn't someone else.
