Going after Mash at home would be extremely ill-advised. 

Rayne will stop them.

Hey your last name is Macaron and Mash loves cream puffs, maybe you could get along?  But macarons are disgusting, sorry not sorry.

Probably not even though he's done plenty of anime here and there, but sounds so much like him doing a purposefully goofy old man voice

I just did some quick searching and I cannot find out the English voice actor the wand salesman.

I think it is this guy but somehow MAL frustratingly doesn't know the English VA.  Usually their information isn't incomplete, nor ANN's.  

The Mashle wiki is pretty barren and doesn't say.  I don't know if there's another independent wiki with more info, but the Fandom page has nothing, except remarking that the sister shirt didn't come to life in the manga. 😄

But I found out that Cam Clarke plays Minister Bless, the bald guy that was in the last 2 episodes and got possessed.  Maybe he also played this other character but wasn't credited for some reason?

Oh cool, so we don't know for sure if did this role but it turns out he was playing that minister already in the show, neat!

Yeah, if he was already doing a voice in the show and was already recording for these eps in that other role it certainly seems possible maybe, since it's such a small one-off part, he could have filled in this one too, if it wasn't someone else.
