Blatch Posted October 6 Posted October 6 So it turns out Cartoon Network is no longer in my cable package. Whomp whomp. I might try to do some finagling to get it back in, but it also might be cheaper to get HBO Max. So I'll have to wait to start watching S3 of this show; I was already gonna rewatch S2, and it doesn't seem to be on Blu-ray, so... Quote

Blatch Posted 9 hours ago Author Posted 9 hours ago So the episode that aired last night had a joke in the stinger that could be construed as transphobic. I haven't seen it outside of the thumbnail of the video below, but having heard a description, I'm pretty disappointed by it. Guess Michael and Zack just can't help but indulge their worst impulses. Kind of makes me glad I haven't subbed to Max for S3, but I also feel conflicted on whether it's worth dropping the show over. Maybe judge for yourself? Spoiler Quote

Reveal hidden contents Downright hilarious is anyone genuinely thinks this, and really goes to show the mindset these kind of people have. Crossplay at cons is something that has been around for decades, as are fat, smelly, disgusting slobs who have no idea how to act in public that usually inhabit anime cons. And it’s not out of the ordinary for these two things to fuse together now and then. Sane people who aren’t constantly looking for something to be a victim over said “heh, fat Sailor Moon crossplayer wont take no for an answer, classic”. Joke isn’t even fresh, Ronnie made a similar one a decade ago. Quote
