All I had to prove there is that the trust fund exists and that the casino doesn't control any of it.  That's what was done. 

Like I said before, it's a non traditional pension, meaning it's not a 401k and it's not  working the same way as other pensions do.  It's not in the casino's stock brokerage account.

That jewelry isnt high end, and this is certainly a sign that a store that sells tobacco would have. Obviously he has other goods so at best, this is a place to unload stolen items

You're partially right.  I didn't have any of that "luxury" until I was twenty three.  Every job I had before that was some shitty minimum wage type deal.  But, instead of wasting any money, I saved up three grand for emergencies such as layoffs, plant closures or anything else that could wreck an income.  Health issues?  I'm not any of those compulsive hypochondriacs who run crying to a doctor for every little sniffle or sneeze.  But, just to be on a safer side, I started picking jobs that included medical insurance.
