Clash of Kings

Law's final gambit hits its mark, but the strain has left him spent and vulnerable to an attack by Trebol. Luffy stands at the ready, but the Heavenly Demon has another trick up his feathered sleeve. The true clash between Straw Hat and Joker begins in earnest now.

 

But first! We revisit the past and learn more of how young Doffy was approached by Trebol and his comrades in order to form the Donquixote Family.

Lmao Doflamingo is back up because of course he is.

He can do surgery on himself with that power LOL.  As if Doflamingo has any surgical experience.  AVGN voice: This is BULLSHIT!

And now Luffy gets involved.  Damn, Doflamingo is huge compared to Luffy.

Figured his string power meant his body was probably able to do some weird shit, too. Basically seems like he can self heal pretty much any injury I guess. Means probably only way to beat him is to hit him with an attack so massive it totally KOs or kills him instantly so he can't use his power to restore himself.

Would've been more acceptable if his body was just made of string.  Doflamingo being able to do surgery on himself when he had no indication of medical skills before is a bit much.
