While looking for an actor from "McHale's Navy" who apparently appeared in "All In The Family", I thought for certain someone made a mistake in putting his name with this picture...

It is Bob Hastings (Lt. Carpenter, Commissioner Gordon from the cartoons, bar owner Tommy Kelsey "All in the Family").  Man, he looks like Benny Hill.
