Refs have a way of yanking your chain.  The Bush Push game was the same;  Notre Dame fans were ecstatic when the clock expired, but the refs had to put three seconds back on the clock and the rest is history.

They are blaming the Tulsa loss....and of course old dicks like Jim Traber are blaming the comments he made last season, but I know it's the Athletic Director...He hated Mike, and finally got the donors to back him.

I mean, he didn't help himself by blaming the fans last year, and then the boosters for not donating enough.

I was pulling for TU, personally. I love seeing the little private school with something like 90-110k tuition a year,  with $10 for its entire sports program do well. 

From what I have read from the fans on reddit, it sounds like this year some of their larger donors held out and demanded Gundy be let go. That is all hearsay, tho

Shit though, dude is not hurting money anytime soon. We are all in the wrong job field. Coaches get paid more to fail and fired than they do when they succeed (assuming you work in a good buyout clause in your contract). 

 

I'm starting to worry about Seight. I think Arkansas's season may have finally sent him to the padded room
