The swordsman,

The shipwright and a skeleton too,

here on Dressrosa Isle!

Is the brat stopping Nami from fighting?  Guess she can't do much about a ship.  Well, maybe make a storm appear over it.  Not sure that could backfire since both ships are moving at sea?  Can she make the storms and such attracted to certain targets or will they just follow the wind?

Yeah, part of it is frustration I guess. At least she finally got to at least say something to the crew, a bit more like her old self.
