What the fuck time zone is this board set at?

I log on about 6:00 AM pacific time today and it's MegaNaraku's birthday and someone else I can't remember. When I leave the house at about 10:00 AM it was still those two people's birthdays. I come back at 6:30 PM pacific time and now it's blatch's birthday and no longer MegaNaraku's?

Tricolor! That's the other guy's birthday it is but suddenly isn't.

Since the update, the birthdays are defaulted to GMT which is the default/neutral world timezone. 7pm EST is midnight GMT and when the birthdays flip over.

Not sure why and couldn't figure out how to fix it at the time.
