ok, here's the deal.

i didn't make it to the farmer's market. so i've frozen some of my croissant dough. but i'm making 6. 

and then i'm going to make the icing for the cupcakes. i'm going to freeze a dozen. 

i'll go to the other market on saturday. i have other stuff from the 'fiber arts' division of my dynasty

i'm not entirely sure i like the cupcakes. 

granted, i rushed through these, just so i could get an idea if the concept will work. 

need to make the 'ice cream balls' rounder, : solution. allow icing to chill, and scoop tsp. size balls and let chill. 

and make the 'vanilla' maybe yellowish? you know how some vanilla ice cream has that yellow hue? 

finally i'll add what looks like whip cream (icing) and drizzle the chocolate sauce over and add cherry bits.

   

the croissants are fine.

the pics didn't do them justice, nor did my rush job.
