My "friend" told me my life is "inexcusable".

Because I don't have much money or a social life (that second one's by choice, by the way).

Then, the motherfucker proceeded to tell me that these "problems" can be "easily fixed", without offering any real solutions.

This conversation happened about 4 days ago and I'm still pissed about it.

Sounds like your friend doesn't exactly have much in the way of a life going for them if they think poking at someone else is the way to go. 

Social life is overrated. There are cartoons on.

The perfect response is Biblical.  Tell him to remove the board from his eye before telling you about the tiny piece of speck in yours (Matthew 7:5).
