become more demonic from eating them?

I don't know.  Could be.  But maybe not.  They might just be consumed with hatred.

But do all of them eat demons, or just Barbara?

Episode 6 - The Promised Neverland Season 2 - Anime News Network

Only 2.5 stars doesn't come as THAT much of a surprise. After all, the reviewer had been comparing this story to the manga for a while. From here on out, however, we are in parts of the story where the reviewer dropped the manga, so he will be critiquing the anime on its own merits.

On to a rather silly episode of Black Clover, already in progress!!

Norman being alive does feel like a waste of a dramatic sacrifice and I do LOATHE it whenever stories do this. Let's see how they explain it.

You say that like his fate wasn't left vague on purpose. Him being carted off to a side room instead of taking a flower straight to the heart like with Conny and Krone was a clear sign that he wasn't going to die as was thought, at least not immediately.

But uhh do you get any bad effects from eating demons?

Damn that girl is a psycho.

That's what the "bad effect" is.

Yeah, that was a huge clue. It would have been interesting if it was something the characters knew, that Norman was actually physically THERE at the escape, and his return wasn't THAT much of a surprise to the characters while shocking the hell out of us, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

That's my theory too. Just as demons become more human by eating human flesh, perhaps humans become more "demonic" from eating demon flesh? And she's been eating plenty, just judging from her demeanor!

I thought of the outside possibility Norman could still be alive but I didn't want to get my hopes up in case he was actually just dead.  It was possible the writer wanted to be more tasteful with Norman's death.  Especially how we kept seeing his "ghost."  We already got the grisly shock value from Connie, so it wasn't needed with Norman.  Of course, that also left the possibility Norman might not really be dead!  But, I never expected him to be alive and come back with this crazy plan and attitude!

Maybe.  Or maybe she's just a crazy bitch.  Not without motivation of course, given what the demons have been doing to humanity.  I guess we just have to wait and see.
