ive just been eating this delta 8 thc oil out of the jar like im winnie the poo. its fully absorbable as is apparently. It knocks me out pretty good until i wanna get up and brush my teeth again.

the tincture i've been taking seems to take about 30 minutes to an hour to fully absorb, but yeah, i've mostly been taking it at night because it just knocks me the fuck out. i've pretty much stopped using sleep aids.

I’ve been messing around with Delta 8’s recently, but I just started getting used to it.

The feelings alright, but I usually prefer taking them a short time before I sleep so that I feel heavy before I catch some Z’s and keep that feeling until the next morning.
