Gotta get the yard first. Im so fucking ready its ridiculous. I thought I found a good lender but they wont give me a preapproval, just a prequalification and they already completed a hard pull on my credit report. My real estate agent was like ... thats nice but you need to press him for a preapproval letter >.> so now Im like ... fuuuuuck time to look for another lender. 2 hard pulls on my credit already. I applied at another lender yesterday but my real estate agent gave me a contact that does complete approvals so I guess Monday I need to call and cancel the application from the one from Friday. 1
