I thought I found a good lender but they wont give me a preapproval, just a prequalification and they already completed a hard pull on my credit report. My real estate agent was like ... thats nice but you need to press him for a preapproval letter >.> so now Im like ... fuuuuuck time to look for another lender. 2 hard pulls on my credit already.
