rpgamer Posted August 23, 2020 Posted August 23, 2020 False memories aren't the real problem. The problem is once you start questioning all memories. I think I remember a lot of things. But, I don't know how much of it is real. There are things I know that I don't know how or where or when I learned them. There are moments I remember living through years ago in a dream. Once you start questioning, any individual false memory doesn't really stand out. You've already accepted that your memory is fallible. Each one is simply a reminder to never be certain of what you remember.
