I couldn't figure out why I was shaky and dizzy and started getting worried.

I made oatmeal with chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp of local bee honey, frozen strawberries, and almond milk.

Surprisingly hideous but good.

Oatmeal, also my go to food for when i forget to eat. I haven't eaten it with honey but my bowls of oatmeal usually consist of everything else you listed.

Oatmeal bro twins.  I only used honey because it's been unopened in my cupboard for like four months and I wanted to try it out.

Yogurt helps promote an appetite.

I love Greek yogurt but I always buy too many or forget about them and they go bad before I can eat them.

I'll try that out next time because now I'm curious. But also I need actual honey. I was pretty baked while walking in the store last time and the thing I got was an unholy combo of honey mixed with high fructose corn syrup. But it has a thing of honeycomb in it and that was all it took to fool me

I didn't get hungry and I was reading dumb stuff, cleaning, and fighting over cactus placement.

I think I got the exact same one the time before this one.   I got mine from the international foods aisle at Walmart.  It was like a cute round glass jar with honeycomb in the middle.

My crossfaded and barred out friend stuck his fingers in it and pulled out the honeycomb to eat it before I could stop him so I had to throw it away.

last time that happened to me i worked a double in a high stress environment. went home, passed out, woke up, ate the fridge.

people shouldn't work over 19 hours straight with no breaks. we're not made for that.

That is also where I got it. If it looks like this then yup you had the same one. I didn't want to admit it but the cute jar was a factor that made me get it along with the honey comb. Once I figure out what to do with mix I'm keeping the jar.

Lack of an appetite can be a killer. I didn't get hungry for four days once, and eating caused me pain the entire time. A woman from work told me yogurt would help my appetite, she was skinny too.

I usually eat once every 20 hrs. Sometimes I forget and go 24hrs. Though I'm also fat so different metabolic rate. Sounds like you had a blood sugar crash. Those suck, but at least you had sweet foods around.

The way I read that in my mind matched the tone and intensity of someone in a horror movie saying that the call was coming from inside the house.

There must be a whole in the continuum. OR this is a sign that I indeed should plop that comb in my oatmeal
