Though yeah the nipple stuff you only find in the Japanese art books. Japan really doesn't give a crap about nipples, they had Highschool DXD in Jump for gods sake.

Mostly because of the 2020 Olympics I believe. Though the past few years there has been a general drop in shounen based doujin. There is also the odd balance where if a series is too ecchi then it will ultimately get less porn ie Seikon no Quasar and highschool dxd have practically nothing. Dragonball Super and Naurto are pretty much the only ones that have regular content added though it's all thanks to like 4 mangaka. One Piece used to get a few releases a month, now it might have 4 a year since the time skip. So I'd say that there is something going on where doujin Mangaka are finding it easier to just create their own content rather than the hassle of parody/theft. 1

I found almost no doujins for Black Clover and not much fan art, NONE for Dr. Stone and surprisingly little fan art, Ruri has surprisingly little art, and there's not much porn for SAO's Alice, either, and SAO used to have tons of porn. So it seems to have a similar time frame there.
