I've lived here so long I see people I know all sorts of various ways everywhere and know things about them. And I don't even know as many people as my friends do who know people who know everyone and it's just weird how it seems so interconnected yet everyone is all doing their own thing and it's like. So why can't we take over this city again? It's crazy how comparatively few like, employees and police and active members of any particular institution actually even exist in any given area. There's way more people than all that

I only have a DS and I play weird mobile games. I just like more sandbox/free play creative stuff than any of the various good games. Feel like I'll spend the last 10-20 years of my life playing No Man's Sky though that game looks awesome. I don't have a computer or game systems bc I don't want to be too much of a gamer. It's ok to pass free time at odd hours but I try to limit it to that so i don't go full neckbeard

Nothing wrong with that. You have other shit you'd rather do with your time, and thats probably better lol. I used to play a lot more but I'm almost never home now so I rarely have time. I like rpgs and shit but I don't have the money or time to join the pc master race. I feel like if you're gonna get a gaming pc you should be on twitch or try to get some kind of income out of gaming. Cause at that point it's obviously a big part of your life lol. I like handheld shit too. I just started playing new super mario bros on the switch.

Don't wanna get too into it bc not DF but I basically straight up ignored someone I really like a lot who kept saying "well I'd really like to have someone to go get a drink with tonight" a couple different ways and then "well i guess I'm thinking about drinking alone, which seems weird" and I wanted to spend time with them but also I had since hours prior been somewhat firmly committed to just wholly not being a person today and so I wasn't quite feeling it enough to say anything so I just said goodbye and went home to stay up by myself bc all the shit I been thinking abt and would talk about aren't like, what you do around people you like who you're trying to spend time with

You see, I’m the desperate person asking people to hang out with me. I think they hate me because I don’t know how to give people space. I’m trying to right now though. Maybe I should just focus on studying. But I don’t have a family or other people to talk to other than the people here and Facebook. Lol It’s alright. I gots weed.

Yeah but friends can get mad at each other and shit. Getting past it is what makes them friends.

Ah fuck, I bet I've looked at a ton of this shit. It's amazing how much literal murder of random citizens our government perpetrated in the 60s. With Russia dominating the Internet age I bet they're regretting stepping away from human experimentation.

i may not agree with all his views and still think of him on the conservative side, but he's talking about topics people should be paying attention to. and he's doing it while being fairly impartial. at the very least i put his show above democracy now. tho that show has really fallen hard the last few years.

Oh idk him, just thought the name was funny bc Rick and Morty. DN! still seems good for what it is as a dry news program to ween people off of bullshit like NPR but I haven't been a regular listener since Trump was elected bc a lot of the show now is just about keeping up w the specifics of the day to day horrors which I don't get a lot out of. The opening headlines are usually all I'll listen to unless someone good is on like Hedges, Greenwald or Chomsky

i mean DN is still above shows like anything from npr but they have fallen. biggest moment i can remember was their coverage of the palestine conflict, and how they were having guest pretty much making it seem like both sides were at fault. they have also since been parroting lines from our government from time to time. but yes they do still have some great guest like the ones you mention from time to time and they still cover a lot of important topics. 

 

if you ever do see rick he would probably look and sound familiar.
