PMS is its own thing, and bipolar meds don't help; I'm pretty conscientious about taking mine, and I still used to turn into a bitch on wheels a couple of days a month.

i'm not the biggest advocate for alternative medicine, in fact i think many who are, are usually fucking crazy people. i just know that since i hit rock bottom in dealing with the mental and emotional effects pms was having on me, i had one make me a couple tinctures for it and that shit worked. after a couple of years, all it took was one last desperate attempt and i've been almost 100% free from any of that bullshit since july.

 

not saying it will definitely help you, just saying that despite my great amount of skepticism, it definitely helped me.

I just never had it affect me so strongly before that i didn't put two and two together. Before id just pop some klonopin and be ok but that doesn't work anymore. Itll be hard to find that new age shit here in sc but ill try. Thanks!

a quick google search shows me there are about as many in SC as there are in MI. i suppose it just depends on your specific location but i'm sure there are some online as well. you just have to communicate your specific issues.
