tsar4 Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 My Mom got a call today from a number that has been reported to have a foreign sounding person claiming to be from Apple Support (she knows not to pick up & instead read me the number). I've never owned or purchased an Apple product & she's only had what I've bought her.

This was from one of those numbers that had my same area code and first three digits but is probably coming from India or something. It was just a text-to-speech voice telling me to press 1 but it was a voicemail so obviously I couldn't do that.

Naraku4656 Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 i get calls from my area code-exchange all the time. i finally just downloaded an app and did a wildcard block. now it'll ring for like half a second and then stop
