fuggstop Posted November 4, 2018 Posted November 4, 2018 ha ha awesome!!!! i got in trouble at work last week for sending too many emails complaining about mistakes and on some of my work i requested to be expedited, i missed a couple of.... important things...by not searching thru every little fucking thing "thoroughly". Well my team lead and supervisor pulled me off the phone and pretty much told me to chill the fuck out. They said i cant complain about mistakes while messing up myself LOL ... i just made like ..2 or 3 itty bitty mistakes. I mean, come on... Out of almost 900 calls a month? Anyway, after the meeting they said Supervisor: Was about to put Cynthia in the chat... now- Team lead: -now I want to put Cynthia outside! LOL! last week was ok but then i gave my first slightly erroneous answer in the chat... *sigh* so i guess its your turn to be the exemplary employee now LOL i have fallen off the pedestal i also completely stopped caring about 100% scored quality calls and am going off required parts that are kinda scripted (how youre supposed to end the call) and i leave people on hold too long. ... cuz got damn, i have a lot of stuff i have to figure out and them motherfuckers are going to wait until i do. im not refreshing them on hold 35 fucking times tl:dr about time, congrats!!!!
