Pussy

I disagree with this. I would confront the guys trying to steal my girlfriends, but OKC won't let you see other people's inboxes yet. 🤷‍♂️

This guy was part of the 1996 climbing season where 12 people died. It’s believed he was one of the three idiots who decided they could summit during a blizzard.

It looks like the tarp is his tent.. either the tarp and him blew over a ledge or he tried to use the tent to keep himself warm while he was climbing up.

yeah. his body is a good reminder "don't climb this shit during a blizzard" I think Green boots was in the same season

The lesson here was when a more experienced climber says turn back now YOU LISTEN!

They say when you’re above 26,000 ft the lack of oxygen makes you think funny things. They also call this altitude the death zone, for a reason. Blood won’t clot and nobody’s going to risk their own lives to try saving someone else.

that's very true. the lack of oxygen makes you hallucinate and do things you otherwise would know better

His name was Bruce Herrod and he was discovered hanging from the Hillary Step in 1997. The Step is at 28,839 ft. which is well above the South Col campsite, the last safe place you can make a camp. He was part of the disastrous climbing season of 1996 and was one of the people who still decided on making the summit in the midst of a storm.

The Hillary Step collapsed during the earthquake in 2015, possibly taking him with it.

I saw the movie Everest on which this is based. So these people continued to climb knowing there was a storm coming? real smart...
