Super fast n easy 3 cups frozen berries 12 oz milk. 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 2 tbsp wheat germ 1 tbsp of ur fav omega 3 oil. Like canola/flaxseed/hemp/etc Maybe some sugar and vanilla extract if u want but itll be very sweet already. You wont taste the cereals or oil Dont need to fuck w/ice the berries will make it thick. Mayb even too thick gotta put water or xtra milk sometime 1
