The pairing makes no sense, and everyone who keeps insisting on “Space gays” is a goddamn idiot that’s better off watching a show about actual gay people instead of demanding a cartoon for young boys turns into a homosexual romance. And here’s a question for all? Why are the Tumblrinas so insistent, so violently insistent on kids shows having gay content and being furious if something else is present? Is it an inability to handle adult shows that handle the content in a more nuanced and equal manner? A desire to make others feel miserable? I mean the show sucks because of a lack of robot action generated by a seeming hatred for it (which is why Franxx is better), but the insanity that permeates the fans is scary. Also, I watch this series, I'd guess there are a fair number of young adults that watch cartoons/anime in the US (if not even the majority). Just look at this forums for instance. But yeah, it’s adults obsessing over shows like this (and going REEEEE when characters are straight), shows like Steven Universe, and their merch sales are proof that these people should be ignored and shunned.
