I'm quitting the boards

ya know i figure you quitting the boards at your age to be contradictory to internet addiction behavior,

and i do believe you have invested moral support in some of us.

whereas you emotionally forgettting the computer and throwing it into a lake, even then youd still think of some of us sometimes.

Interesting insight

It also doesn't help that the sub-forums for Cartoons, Comics, and Horror are locked up in archives. Then again, I guess it doesn't matter, since the very few posters that do exist only care about posting in Noise and Anime & Manga. It's a shame to see a board like this gone to waste.

the cartoons and comics folders didn't convert over properly, plus they were too narrow to garner any traffic

so just use the tv and literature folders for that stuff - chances are i would have merged those folders anyways.

horror is a seasonal folder for halloween

Well, that's disappointing. If you're a Horror fan like yours truly, everyday is like Halloween. That's besides the fact that I actually write my own Horror Short Stories.

Most publishing companies and literary agents don't want to invest in those, who publish their stories on other sites because it is considered "previously published work." It's more a matter of how much of a profit they can turn off an author.

Some of my stories have already been bound for years, but they are unpublished. I also have excerpts of some of my stories locked up on my website's Horror/Thriller page. Only members of my website are allowed to read them.

Eventually, I plan on working more on my content in general. There's been so much happening both on and offline, that have been out of my control, that a lot has been back burned.
