I lined up in solidarity when everybody said this movie was the best thing since sliced bread, even though I had some criticisms....but fuck off, an oscar 

it was a good, not great,  super hero flick.....call it a win and make more female driven action movies, don't put your flag down and die on this hill...

I was bored the entire time, and I like Wonder Woman as a character.....The movie took full advantage of it's female hero with female direction just to make anyone who didn't like it a pig......I watched it with my daughter and she was every bit as bored as I was.  My son may have enjoyed it more than any of us but I honestly think he just didn't say much because of how my daughter and I felt about it.

I liked it but shit, it kinda dragged on during the third act and not to mention the cgi slow-mo or whatever was kind of distracting. It was a good movie but Logan was better.

The Oscars usually snubs superhero movies. The only exceptions for giving popcorn movies awards are animated movies and Fury Road, and they had to make the latter artsy to get there.

i thought gal was pretty great.

the plot and sets, though, were pretty much recycled from captain america.

yeah, unless they make a separate category for best superhero film, i see nothing oscar worthy here.
