get one of those velcro arm pad thingies. they don't do shit, but then people will recognize that you have a problem. or they'll think you're wearing a fitbit, and they'll internally cuss you for being one of "those" people.

either way, it puts you in their mind, and isn't that the ultimate goal?

to be honest ..I am not really one to worry about what someone else thinks of me tennis elbow wise <_<  ..plan A.. ima just see how it is for an hour or two.. by then i will be at work n will not have time to think about it anyway..:)

tbqh it took me awhile to get over it back in the spring. i actually did wear one of those velcro things and it seemed to help...until i picked something up wrong or twisted my elbow just right. it took a few months before it fully went away. then again, i'm old af so that's probably why it took so long.

I hardly ever get stuff hurty or wrong happening n i have no idea why this has happened over night while in bed asleep ? .. but far out.. really is a fair amount of pain when you bump it or rest your elbow on a chair arm or something

it fucking sucks. seems like i got it from holding the new baby a lot (or that's when it would flare up anyways). then it turned into simple shit like any motion that resembled forearm curls, or holding something straight out in front of me with arms stretched. the little velcro band puts pressure on the muscle (/nerve?) and makes it not hurt as bad, but only time heals that shit. i'm very sorry for your condition.

Try jerking off with the other hand.  It's weird at first, but after some practice you'll be spanking it ambidextrously and then you can brag about it to all your friends like I do.

That's why I'm never invited out anywhere.

Ended up with a lump the size of an egg right on my elbow (still there now)..  a vet nurse looked at it..she said it is a spider bite ..
