Not sure, I guess from training they expected him to report a problem when they asked him about his heart rate since this was supposed to be training. So they didn't get to try to cut him off remotely until he abruptly died.

Last time we had perverted powerful men.  The whole second season deals with refugees and immigration, terrorism, now cyber-terrorism.  Crazy how relevant this all is right now.

It was those dummy robot support girls talking to him too so that probably didn't help.  They really should've cut him off before it was too late though.

You sure like reading things between the lines that aren't there.  I was simply commenting on how the show remains relevant to current events.  Either way you can support someone without agreeing with everything they do.

I wonder if Batou and the Major's red flag meters probably went into overdrive since the situation kind of seems to be in opposition to Section 9's setup, since it goes against their being outside of the usual government/military chains and BS.
